TrueWord is a SkillBinder LLC product. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use TrueWord.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate your account and plan, including your name, email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, membership status, and support requests. Stripe processes payment information; TrueWord does not store your full card number.
When you use TrueWord, we process the conversation and reflection information you choose to share so the service can respond. Sovereign members may choose to save Prayer Journeys, Scripture Paths, and related notes to return to later. We also receive standard technical information needed to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
We use information to provide and protect TrueWord, maintain your account and access, process membership purchases, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use prayer content to advertise to you.
Service providers and GHL
We use carefully selected providers to run TrueWord, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and GoHighLevel (GHL) for customer-relationship records. GHL may receive your name, email, and high-level account events such as starting a preview or choosing a plan. It does not receive your prayer conversations, saved prayer content, Scripture Path notes, or card details from TrueWord.
Transactional messages about your account, preview, purchase, or service may be sent without marketing consent. Promotional messages are sent only when you choose to receive them, and you can opt out using the instructions in those messages.
Your choices
You can review or update account details in TrueWord, manage billing through the account area, and request deletion of your account or saved content by emailing hello@trueword.app. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we keep. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may update this policy as TrueWord changes; the date above will show the latest version.
